Testing and commissioning is a systematic process of ensuring that all M&E engineering services components and systems are expertly designed and perform according to the contract documents, clients objectives and operational needs. Ideally, this is achieved for new and refurbishment projects by developing and documenting the client’s project requirements, beginning at the concept design phase, continuing through Detailed Design, with commissioning reviews of design and contract documents, and monitoring and reporting on commissioning activities throughout the construction and installation period, and seasonally thereafter.
